Select the rightmost tool, and click the vertices of the triangle.
Do it again with the new triangle, etc. Zoom in as you go.
You can use the Angle and Distance tools to measure. (Angles: click on a triangle you created to get all three angles. Sides: click on its two vertices to get that side's length. )
